(AGI) – Milan, July 28 – Heidelbergcement has reached an agreement with Italimmobiliare to recognize its share in Italcementi, representing 45% of capital. The operation, after obtaining the authorizations, should be realized in the course of 2016. The German group Heidelbergcement will pay ‘a figure of 1.67 billion euro, equivalent to a price of EUR 10.60 for each share of the Italian group . It said in a statement announcing the deal. (AGI).
