The general strike of December 12, proclaimed by the CGIL, the UIL and dall’Ugl, not relate to the areas of air transport, railways, national, and local public transport, at the regional level. Writes the Authority guarantee that, in the course of today’s meeting, “highlighted the formal irregularity of the proclamation, under Law 146 of 1990 and the specific standards of the industry.”
“As already noted, in fact – adds the guarantor – in rail transport would not abide to the rule minimum interval of ten days of strikes in the same sector, due to a previously proclamation for the 13 and 14 December next. As for air transport, has been previously communicated a ‘ strike action Personnel ENAV for December 15, relative to the center of Fiumicino Airport, which, as is well known to the Unions, is considered by the relevant regulations of national importance and therefore exclusionary of other strikes at an interval of less than ten days. For the same reasons, related to previously announced strikes, should be excluded from the general strike some Italian cities, with reference to the sector of local public transport (Cotral Lazio, Ataf Florence, F.lli Romano of Crotone, Cotrab of Power, Ast of Sicily, Trentino Trasporti di Trento). “
