Retired: the catch is served – ilgiornaleditalia

The joke is served. Taking the mini-compensation, so to speak, for some retirees, after the rejection of the Constitutional Court’s failure to adjust the allowances taken in 2012, decided by the government Mountains. From today, in fact, those whose income is less than € 1,500 will receive € 796.27 in arrears. The other pensioners? Will remain with nothing in hand.

The one-off includes 210.6 Euros of arrears relating to 2012, EUR 447.2 for 2013, 89.96 in 2014 and 48.51 for 2015. From 2016, the monthly allowance received by the pensioner of 1,541.75 euro.

The revaluation is not recognized for the treatment of more than six times, or about 3,000 euro gross per month. For 2014 and 2015 the revaluation shall be equal to 20% of the increase achieved by each income group in 2012-2013. For 2016, however, it stands at 50% of the increase achieved by each income group in 2012-2013.

But there’s more. The sums backward, explains INPS, must be subject to personal income tax with the regime of separate taxation, excluding sums accruing after 31 December 2014, subject, however, to ordinary taxation. Refunds for pensions of between three and six times the minimum are due even if the data controller has since died. But the heirs will have to submit an application, says a circular INPS.

According to the calculations of the UIL, the percentage of repayments that will come to pensioners will be between 10.82 and 37.27% of the amount due, according to the amount of pensions.

“It ‘a great injustice – has complained about the union – against which we have fought and continue to fight. Have deprived millions of pensioners of legitimate resources that could usefully support the recovery in consumption and help the first signs of recovery in the Italian economy. “
