Sorin, court rejects appeal of merger with Cyberonics, title runs – Reuters Italy

       

MILAN, August 20 (Reuters) – A court in Milan rejected the appeal of advocacy was against the merger of Sorin and Cyberonics.

       

The deal, it said in a statement, will continue and lead to the emergence of LivaNova.

       

A positive response of the Sorin, came up to 2.7260 euro, now up by 4.54% (EUR 2.7180).
