MILAN, August 7 (Reuters) – Telecom Italy insists that does not exclude the conversion of savings shares and said that the issue will be discussed in the second half.
“If you ask me if it is a modern form of the equity division between ordinary and savings you say no,” said the CEO Marco Patuano in conference call with analysts.
“It is not an option that is on the table, there is a problem of dividends in the future we’ll talk,” he added. “There is a position on the issue, which will be discussed by the board in the second half” .
