The government plans to block the use of contracts for project collaboration. The new ones, therefore, expected to enter into standby waiting for the government to redefine the type of contract to avoid improper forms of use. He explained after the meeting with the social partners on the implementation decree of the JOBS Act on contract types, Labour Minister Giuliano Poletti. “We think we do an operation that blocks the ability to make new collaboration on projects and those that are necessary to try to find a way to manage the transition,” stressed Poletti.

On the old ones that the government intends to block the ministry is working to redefine the type of contract.
