Taxes and fees, pending litigation in Italy for 34 billion euro – BBC

In 2015 Italians have had litigation pending with the IRS for about 34 billion euros. The figure emerges from the report of the President of the Court of Tax Justice, Mario Cavallaro, at the inauguration of the judicial year in the presence among others Luigi Casero Deputy Minister of Economy and Director of the Agency of revenue Rossella Orlandi. On the share of appeals on local taxes 50% are additional and different local imposts, but the second option more substantial (17%) is represented by taxes on real estate, followed by taxes on waste and car (both 12%).
