BRUSSELS (Reuters) – The new proposal on reforms to make advanced yesterday by Greece to its international creditors is not yet sufficient to reach an agreement to unblock financial aid to country.
The two EU officials say, after the European Commission has confirmed in the day that he had received the proposals of Athens and are now being examined by the institutions involved, including the ECB and IMF.
“What has been submitted is not sufficient to advance the process,” said one of the two EU officials.
“It is not enough and it is not acceptable to the Member States, I would say,” added the second official.
