ROMA , June 25 (Reuters) – The Authority for guarantees in communications announced that it has essentially given the green light to the request of the Italian Post Office to make deliveries of mail every other day, as anticipated by Reuters, a measure that will cover a quarter of the population and have confirmed in the new plan.
In the first resolution on deliveries, AGCOM has indicated a timetable for implementation in three phases” which will be launched respectively on 1 October 2015, 1 April 2015, and not before February 201, “says a note.

The authorities also decided, with a second resolution, that from next October 1st the cost of service for the postal mail format standard will be 0.95 euro to enter.
