He said the president ACRI Giuseppe Guzzetti speaking at the opening of Lucca 23 * National Congress of the association.
“Overall, it has gone from 100 million euro of the total tax burden for the Foundations in 2011 to 423.7 in 2014. It is a report that, when the Government deems it possible, I hope can be evaluated with the appropriate attention “said Guzzetti.
Guzzetti said that the banking foundations are non-profit private entities, as stated by the Constitutional Court in its judgment 300 of 2003, “but which in recent years have experienced a gradual fiscal tightening”.
In July 2014, charges on returns from financial investments rose from 20% to 26% (after having already suffered in 2012 an increase from 12.5% to 20%); the subsequent law of stability for 2015 has also resulted in an additional burden of taxation on financial income, reducing the share of exemption on dividends received from 95% to 22.26%, instead share remained at 95% for private entities profit.
