Italy, improves the confidence of consumers and businesses – The Messenger


 (AGI) – Improve the opinions of consumers on the economic situation of the country.
According to Istat noted, the index measuring the confidence of consumers, rose to 109.5 points in June from 106 in the previous month. I am growing all the components of the sentiment of trust. Marked changes show the economic climate (from 130 to 139.4) and future (from 114.7 to 119.4), while the personal climate and the current increments are milder (respectively, from 98.5 to 100 and 103.3 to 101). Regarding businesses, grow all climates of trust: that of construction (to 119.7 from 111.8), the services market (from 105.1 to 109), the retail trade (to 105.9 from 103.9) and, in a more mild, that of the manufacturing sector (103.9 to 103.4). Improve the opinions and expectations of consumers on the current economic situation of the country (respectively, to -56 from -64 and 10 for 2). The balances of assessments and expectations on the dynamics of consumer prices in the last 12 months decreased (to -21 from -14 and -20 to -15). The unemployment expectations fell to 9 from 29. In manufacturing companies, the opinions on orders and production expectations remain stable (at -13 and 11, respectively); the balance of opinions on the inventory increases to 2 to 3. In construction improves the opinions on orders and / or construction plans (to -33 from -37) and employment expectations (from -16 to -9). In business services rise opinions on orders (from 1 to 3) but not the expected (from 4 to 6 the balance) and growing expectations on the general economy (18 to 7). In retailing improve both the opinions on current sales (from 2 to 7), and the expectations on future sales (23 to 22); are stable inventories (5).
