Work, 76,811 more stable contracts in the first quarter – The Messenger

They increase hiring with permanent contracts (+ 24.6%) and decrease layoffs (-12.1%) in the first three months of 2015 – according to data of the system of mandatory reports of the Ministry of Labour published today – appear to affect not only the tax relief provided by the law of stability but also a hint of economic recovery that resulted in layoffs this quarter for the first Once under 200,000 by the first quarter of 2012.

In the first three months of 2015, the overall recruitment indefinitely were 552,665 (24.6% higher than those recorded in the first quarter of 2014), against 475,854 terminations, with a positive balance of 76,811 contracts so stable. The overall assumptions (including so of fixed-term contracts, training, partnerships, etc.) were more than 2.57 million (+ 3.8%) compared with 1.96 million terminations (+ 3.4%). The balance is high because the terminations (mainly forward contracts) are concentrated at the end of the year. On the expenditure side from the labor ministry emphasizes the decline in voice termination activities (-21% on the same period of 2014) and layoffs (-12.1%).

The first quarter was affected only a small part of the entry into force of the first rules of the Jobs Act (March 7 start of the contract to increasing protections) and it is likely that most of the open-ended contracts was driven by the three-year tax relief provided for assumptions made in 2015.
