Here’s how to change the notification obligations
The corrective decree of the Jobs act (Legislative decree no. 185 September 24, 2016, as published in the Official Journal no. 235 October 7, 2016) provided for the tracking of the vouchers, introducing new reporting obligations for those who use them to pay for legal work performance accessory. With the circular no. 1/2016 the national labour Inspectorate provides the operational guidance in order to fulfil the new requirements of the law, attaching a list of e-mail addresses where to send the communications that are required by purchasers, before using the voucher. The Inspectorate informs, moreover, that the inspection staff will take into account, in relation to the activities of supervision of compliance of the new obligations, the absence of operational guidance in the intervening period between the entry into force of the D. Lgs. no. 185/2016 and the specific circular.
A major simplification of the requirements will be ensured through the enactment of a special decree by which the Ministry of labour may, among other things, define the use of the communication system, via SMS or to introduce further mode of application of the provision.
