Padoan, IRES cutting engagement – The Arena

(ANSA) – Rome, June 1 – “We pledge to cut taxes that have already been approved by the law of the previous Stability and defuse the safeguard clauses”. So Economy Minister Pier Carlo Padoan on Sky TG24 answering when asked if the government confirms the IRES cut already approved for 2017 and a halt to the increases in VAT and excise duties for 15 billion. The goal, he reiterated Padoan, remains to “reduce the deficit and to insist on the fall of the debt relative to GDP.”
