Crac Etruria, salaries and consultants in the viewfinder – The Messenger

ROME – The decision now lies with the investigating judge. The prosecutor in Arezzo, which accuses the last of the former Banca Etruria Board of bankrupt contest with Luca Bronchi, has already asked for the seizure to the equivalent amount granted to former dg liquidation in June 2014. A million and 200 000 Euros which would end in the coffers of the bankruptcy procedure managed by Giuseppe Santoni. It is only a first step because the same board of directors, now under indictment, resolved other expenses contrary to company policy, while former Banca Etruria fell into the abyss of collapse. Verifications of Finance, delegated by the prosecutor of Arezzo Roberto Rossi, affect the entire work of the board: from wages, irregular consultations, until the credits granted to friendly companies, and not just those turned on a conflict of interest not declared by the members of board of directors, which have already led to accusations by the former president Lorenzo Rosi and former adviser Lawrence Nataloni. The prosecution aims to recover the money that led to the collapse of the former BPEL. It starts with a minimum figure, compared to the hole estimated at more than one billion euro.

CLAIMS Rossi has already asked the investigating judge the seizure of million 200 thousand Euros former dg Luca Bronchi, granted by resolution the Board of Directors in June 2014. It is only the starting point for the announced protests to the Board, in which Pier Luigi Woods, father of reforms Minister Maria Elena, held the position of vice president. In June 2014 the entire board of directors, except Giovanni Grazzini (abstention) had spoken out in favor of the agreement with Bronchi “despite the serious deterioration in the technical situation of the bank”, in contrast to the current provisions, which provided, in the case of the resolution relationships, linking compensation to performance.
