MILAN (Reuters) – The publishing group L ‘ espresso and Itedi, controlled by Fiat Chrysler, have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at the creation of a leading Italian publishing group through the merger of Itedi, Publisher of La Stampa, with espresso.
