The Codacons launches today in Lombardy a mega class-action lawsuit on behalf of the users of energy residing in the region, against the recent increases in light and gas rates triggered on 1 July, with the rincarata electricity by 4.3% and gas +1 , 9%. The association will publish Monday on its website in the form to join the class action and will present an appeal to the TAR of Lazio seeking to block the increases.
