Rome, August 17, 2016 – Ryanair is investing one billion dollars in Italy and announced new routes in our country. “They will create 2,250 jobs”, said in a statement the company that benefits from the municipal tax decided by the Italian Government block. Ten new aircraft will be added to the current fleet, which will cover 44 more routes: 21 at the airports of Rome and Milan and 23 at the other Italian regional airports. Ryanair is also in talks to reopen the base Alghero in late November while it averted the closure of Pescara – scheduled for this winter – that earns at least two new destinations.
