Hiring young people with incentives of up to € 650 per month, the news directly from the INPS – Blasting News

Continue the provisions of the Government, in the case of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, aimed to kick-start the employment in Italy. An agreement signed by the Ministry with theINPS has provided an additional 40 million euro to be allocated to the new recruitments. The Institute of Social security have confirmed as a result of the agreement with the Ministry of Labour has decided to approve the new loan of € 40 million that will go to those employers who decide to employ young people up to 29 years old. Of course the assumptions will have to meet certain requirements, first of all, that of job stability. In other words, the assumptions must be indefinite. The benefits will be granted to each employer for each newly hired will be equal to one-third of the gross wage, that is valid for social security purposes. The maximum incentive payable will be equal to 650 euro per month. As mentioned, the benefit is granted only to the front of a hiring with a permanent contract and the duration of the incentive is equal to 18 months. Can also transform a fixed-term contract or a similar one indefinitely, i.e. to make it less precarious contract of an employee already in the workforce. In this case, the duration of the incentive drops to 12 months.

This appropriation extra approved by the convention the Ministry-INPS comes from the European Social Fund, but does not cover the whole peninsula, but only a few regions or provinces. This is Abruzzo, Emilia Romagna, Friuli, Liguria, Lombardia, Marche, Molise, Umbria, Veneto, Tuscany and Valle D’aosta, as well as the provinces of Trento and Bolzano. The persons employed must be of legal age and will not exceed 30 years, which is the day of the assumption should not ave completed the thirtieth year of his age. Besides the age requirement, very important is the status of the employee who intends to assume, which must be, even in the alternative, or unemployed for at least 6 months or do not have a high school diploma. Besides the requirements that must have the worker, there are others that apply to the company. In fact, the intake should be in the context of the implementation of employment, i.e. employment must show the willingness to increase their headcount employees with a clear relation to staff in an average company in the previous 12 months. In addition, intake facilitated must not violate a right of precedence to another subject and should not be made to a person for whom the law obliges the employer to hire him previously. Remains granted also to the requirement of the regularity of the employer contribution, which in practice must be in compliance with the various payments and requirements but also contributory and also from the point of view of safety on the job.
