Challenge led to the Italian maxi-scientific pole-cultural Valencia. Costa Edutainment, Filmaster Ien (Italian entertainment network), Rain Forest Valencia, Efs (Equipo Facility Services) have signed a partnership _ as pointed a nota_ to submit a joint bid in the tender for the management and reuse of buildings and installations Oceanogràfic Ágora and Valencia and for support to CAC SA for the renewal of the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. These four companies specializing in various areas, will form a company with the following rates: 40% Rain Forest Valencia, Costa Edutainment SpA 39%, 20% and 1% EFS Ien.

The partners are specialists and industry leaders. A Costa Edutainment Aquarians are part of Genoa, Catholic, Cala Gonone, Overseas, Marine Park in Malta, as well as facilities such as Aquafan and Italy in Miniature. Filmmaster Ien specializes in managing large events and services for international cultural activities, with experience in the television industry and new forms of communication; counts among its shareholders Group Civita, Italian investment fund, Film Master, Cine entertainment district. Its partners operate some of the most important Italian museums – the Uffizi Gallery and the Vatican Museums – and actually like the new park CinecittàWorld in Rome.

Finally Rain Forest Valencia, is the company that has developed, built and now operates Bioparc Valencia. Efs is a Spanish compa ny specializing in maintenance services, assistance to the public, cleaning, logistics, information and organization of events.
