In 2014 the total income declared on tax year 2013 amounts to about 811 billion euro for an average of 20,070 euro. He reports the Department of Finance of the Ministry of Economy. The comparison with the previous year, said the MEF, shows an increase in both the total income total (+ 0.6%) and the average total income (up 1.5%).
THE ‘SELF’ MOST ‘RICH. The self-employed, with reference to the tax year 2013, have the highest average incomes, amounting to € 35,660, while the average income declared by employers amounts to 17,650 euro. The average income declared by employees amounted to EUR 20,600, that of pensioners to EUR 16 280 and, finally, the average income from investments in partnerships and assimilated is of EUR 15,670.
WITH ONLY 5% MORE ’50 thousand euro. Analyzing tax returns for the year of 2013 tax income groups show that only 5% of taxpayers declare more than 50,000 Euros, but pays 37% Irpef total. In the class up to 15,000 euro falls 46% of taxpayers, declaring only 5% Irpef total, in that between 15,000 and 50,000 euro placing 49% of taxpayers, claiming 58% total Irpef . Subjects with a total income greater than 300 thousand euro are also required to pay the solidarity contribution of 3% on the portion of income exceeding that threshold: it is about 30,000 people (0.1% of all taxpayers), for a total total of 252 million euro (about 8,700 Euros on average).
BY THE BOARD OF INCOME 30%. The compensation of employees and pensions exceed 82% of the total income in 2014 of tax year 2013, and in particular the pension income exceeds for the first time 30% of the total income.
