Entertainment One, the Canadian company that owns the brand Peppa Pig has rejected a takeover offer from 236 pence per share – a total of 1.01 billion pounds, 1.18 billion euro – came by the British ITV television. the CEO strategy
Entertainment One is based in Toronto but is listed in London. The companies refer television shows like The Walking Dead and fim including the saga of Twilight and Hunger Games series. Last October Entertainment One had taken control of the production company brtiannica Astley Baker Davies who created Peppa Pig. For its part, ITV has expanded its production in order to reduce its dependence on the advertising market. The acquisition of Entertainment One would strengthen this strategy developed by CEO Adam Crozier.
