In January and February, the new employment indefinitely increased by 20.7% compared to the first two months of 2014. It also increased its share of total employment stable (from 37.1% to 41.6%) but decreased conversions indefinitely reports completed (-11.2%). A stone the figures is the Observatory on precarious INPS, recalling that in the first two months of the year were activated 307,582 permanent contracts while 78 287 were the transformations of forward contracts. Decrease forward contracts (-7%) and apprenticeship (-11.3%) compared to the same period last year, bringing in fact zero on the change in employment in 2014.
No change on employment
If we also consider apprentices “transformed” in permanent relationships are 403 386 new permanent jobs in the first two months of the year (+ 12.3% on first two months of 2014). But, according to the table spread by INPS, labor relations turned around in the first two months of 2015 were 968 883, just 13 more than the 968 870 in the first two months of 2014 (with a variation of zero). If in fact have increased consistently the new open-ended contracts (+ 20.7%) and conversions of contract apprentice (+ 7.4%) decreased both the transformations of reports completed (-11.2%) both fixed-term employment (-7%), both new apprenticeship contracts (-11.3%).
Wages “in time” stable
L ‘INPS reports that were detected all labor relations activated in the period, “even those held by the same worker, with regard to all types of work
subject, including temp work and intermittent work.” It stresses that are “stable wages in the new fixed-term contracts.”
