Pensions and part-time subsidized / The new contract – Il Sole 24 Ore

After the release of the certification by the INPS, the employee and the employer enter into a “part-time employment contract facilitated” which might indicate the measure of the time reduction. The duration of the contract is equal to the period between the date of access to the benefit and the date of maturity on the part of the employee, the age for entitlement to a retirement pension. After signing the contract, the decree provides for the issue, in five days, the clearance by the Territorial Directorate of Labour and, most recently, the release of five final days of the authorization by the INPS.
