The bowl State Council Decree on the fee Rai in the bill – The Republic

Rome – The Ministerial Decree on the fee Rai receives a sound rejection by the State Council, which by law has to give an opinion about this place before it is promulgated. A rejection that falls in mid-April when there are already a few weeks before the electricity bill with the inside of the TV set, that of July.

In his act, the State Council complains that the Decree – written by the Ministry of Development economical – it does not offer a “definition of TV set.” It even states that the fee is poured only once, even if we have multiple TVs in the house. Yet the Ministerial Decree does not provide even a shred of “legislative provision” that ensures compliance with privacy legislation.

Still, the State Council deplores the lack of clarity of the ministerial decree which also is a subject very much felt by Italian. And then there’s the section of the statement that you have to send to the Agency Revenue to certify that they do not have the TV on. The requirements facing those who do not pay the TV gabella are such as to render the State an extensive information campaign, that the decree, however, is careful not to ask.
