In the first quarter of 2016 were signed 428,584 contracts of indefinite duration (including transformations) while terminations, always open-ended contracts have been 377,497, with a positive balance of 51,087 units . The figure – detects INPS – is worse than 77% compared to the positive balance of 224,929 stable contracts in the first quarter 2015, reflecting the reduction of incentives on permanent contracts. The figure is even worse in 2014 (+87,034 stable jobs in the first three months).

 It also continues the boom  vouchers. In the first quarter of 2016 we were  sold 31.5 million vouchers for the payment of  ancillary work performance, with a nominal value  of 10 Euros, an increase compared to the first  quarter 2015, or 45.6%. It detects INPS stressing  that in the first quarter of 2015, the growth in  the use of vouchers, compared to 2014, was 75.4%.

 -77%  The new working relationships of  indefinite duration in the first three months of  ‘year – emphasizes the INPS –  were 324,098 (there were 487,469 in the first  quarter of 2015) while the transformation of  completed reports have been 79 932 (116 497 in the  same period of 2015). The apprenticeship ratio  transformations were 24,557 (20,411 in the first  three months of 2015). Terminations of permanent  contracts were 377,497 compared to 398,448 in the  first quarter of 2015. The data are affected by  the introduction of the 2016 Stability Law of a  new (and less advantageous than in 2015) form of  incentive paid to temporary recruitment permanent  and transformations of forward ratios of workers  who, in the previous six months, have not had  working relations indefinitely. The measure of  Facility provides for the reduction of social  security contributions paid by the employer  (excluding Inail premiums) equal to 40% (within  the annual limit of 3,250 euro) for two years. In  2015 the contribution exemption was full (always  excluding Inail premiums) and three years with a  ceiling of € 8,060.

  quarter  in the first quarter of the year were  down 12.9%, compared to the same period of 2015,  the total recruitment (activated by private  employers), which were 1,188,000. The slowdown  involved essentially open-ended contracts: -162  000, equal to -33.4% in the first quarter of 2015.  The decline is due to end this year, contributory  exemption which had resulted in a sharp increase  in 2015 of open-ended contracts. Similar  considerations can be developed in relation to the  reduction of the flow of transformations  indefinitely (-31.4%). As for the terminations,  total are decreased by 8.8%; for those  indefinitely the reduction was 5.3%. 
  
 
  
INPS: Unemployment falls, but the extraordinary case continues to grow
  Forward contracts without changes   
 For fixed-term contracts, in the first  quarter – the note continues – you  record 814,000 hires, a size similar to that of  previous years (-1.7% on 2015 and down 1.1% on  2014). The assumptions on training contracts have  been nearly 50,000, unchanged from 2015.
