For the approximately € 40.7 million of taxpayers is approaching a blow from 1.358,72 euros per head. The payments on account of taxes of November, reminds us of the Cgia of Mestre, apply 55,298 billion euros. It is one of the most difficult months for the taxpayers and, with June, July and December, a period in which the State picks up the bulk of the 490 billion of tax revenues that are, on average, every year. Therefore, in November, it is as if each of the approximately 60 million italians were forced, willingly or unwillingly, to pay to the tax authorities 921,63 euros a head.
it Is a hail of taxes (in which the Cgia has not included any pension contributions that must be honored until 16 November) which has as the expiration of the fateful 16 and 30. But as you dial this super-sting? The set more “challenging” by honor will be the advance payment of Ires, i.e. the corporate income tax joint stock companies (spa, srl, co-operatives, etc.) that will be called upon to pay for 14.6 billion euros. This tax, generally, has an audience of approximately one million taxpayers for which on average they will pay 14,600 euros.
To follow the Vat that is paid by a little over 5.2 million self-employed people and businesses. The estimate of revenue made by the Cgia is of 12.8 billion euros. This means that each is subject to a value added tax will pay an average of 2.433,50 eur.
In the third position came the scary underbrush of the Tax. It starts from the withholding taxes of employees and collaborators, which is worth 11.6 billion approximately, then follow the account, and 2017 who make 7.7 billion. That’s not all: there are additional regional and municipal authorities, which draw a total of 1.5 billion about which you add a billion of withholding on self-employed persons. Spreading this avalanche 22 billion on the hit 40.7 million euro of taxpayers, the average is 535 euros per head but the medium-sized, you know, are subject to large variations in the individual specific cases.
Last but not less important is the Irap, which has a very similar to that of Vat payers, i.e. about 5 million people. Worth 6 billion euros, i.e. € 1,200 per head. It is not just.
According to data published by the presidency of the Council of ministers, the bureaucracy costs to the system of Italian smes, almost 31 billion euro per year. “It is necessary to intervene in order to make easier the relationship between the public administration and economic activities”, commented the coordinator of the research department of Cgia, Paul Zabeo, referring to indirect costs related to the payment of taxes that also pose a big problem for the Italian entrepreneurial system. In our Country it takes 30 working days to pay taxes. In other words, between the queues at the counters, the time lost to go from the accountant to fill in forms, registers and cards, the Italian enterprises are 240 hours per year in order to honor commitments with the state treasury. In the Eurozone, Italy is only surpassed by Slovenia (31 days), while the threshold is lowered to 27 days in Germany, 19 in Spain, 17 in France, and even 10 in Ireland. Lots of taxes and lots of bureau cracy devastate the competitive capacity of Italy.
