In April, the activations of new permanent contracts were 171,515 against 122,979 terminations with a credit balance of more than 48,000 permanent contracts. It detects the Ministry of Labour in the survey on the dynamics of the contracts: the assumptions were also much higher than those that took place in April of 2014 (112,839). The trend of permanent contracts takes into account the tax relief provided for companies that hire this type throughout 2015 is the entry into force of the decree implementing the Jobs Act on contract protections growing (March 7). April is the first full month in which new hires have the new rules on Article 18 of the Statute of workers.
The new hires with permanent contracts increased by 52% compared to those made in April 2014 and accounted for 22.7% of recruitment of the month (compared to 15.7% in April 2014). Terminations of permanent contracts in April 2015, 22.5% of the total (23.1% in April 2014). This year compared to April 2014 remain largely stable new fixed-term contracts (475,273 against 476,053) while decreasing the activation of apprenticeship contracts (18,443 against 24,335 with a -24.2%) and collaborations (38,632 against 47,946 with a -19.4%). In me3se transformation of fixed-term employment relationships into relationships of indefinite duration it was 35,883 against 19,144 in the same period of 2014 (+ 87%).
