Sunshine Capital, meeting resolves dissolution company – Reuters Italy

       

MILAN, May 18 (Reuters) – The extraordinary meeting of Sunshine Capital unanimously resolved to dissolve the company.

       

The members shared the motivations of an economic-business that led the Board to propose the dissolution, in particular with regard to corporate formalities required to obtain authorization from the Bank of Italy pursuant to the laws of Sicaf says a note.

       

Pier Paolo Parisio was appointed liquidator.

       

The title and warrants today have remained suspended from trading pending the release.
