Eni will buy back bonds convertible Galp Energia to 514.9 million euro – Reuters Italy


       

MILAN, May 28 (Reuters) – Eni has decided to buy back bonds convertible into ordinary shares Galp Energia for a total nominal amount of 514.9 million euro.


       

He says a note detailing the final results and the repurchase price of partial bonds convertible into shares of Galp Energia from 1.028 billion with coupon 0.25% as part of the offer announced this morning.


       

The purchase price was set at EUR 100 400 for each EUR 100,000 nominal value of the bonds tendered.


       

The membership totaled 747.5 million euro of nominal amount higher than accepted.


       

Deutsche Bank London branch, Mediobanca, Morgan Stanley and UBS were joint dealer manager, while Morgan Stanley was also settlement agent.
