Mediaset-Vivendi, formalized alliance: the stock exchange between the groups, a premium to the French – TGCOM

Strategic alliance between the two Groups – Mediaset and Vivendi, reads an official statement, they have signed an agreement formalizing a strategic alliance between the two European groups. The agreement is targeted to the union of their national leadership to pursue every opportunity for development in the new global scenario of the media industry.

3) Mediaset Premium Entry into a large international network of pay TV. Mediaset Premium will feed in the Vivendi Group enriching with strategic presence in the Italian market a vast global network of pay TV that already has bases in France, Poland, Africa, Central America, the Far East. Simultaneously Mediaset will continue and strengthen its activity as a publisher of on-demand channels and premium content on all platforms.
