The Board of Directors of Italmobiliare, the holding company chaired by Giampiero Pesenti, agreed in late last night the group’s offer German Heidelberg to acquire 40% of the group. The transaction involves the payment of 1.57 billion Euros and the transfer of a share of the capital of the first German manufacturer of cement whose family Pesenti becomes the second partner.
The deal provides for the launch at the Milan Stock Exchange and the offer to buy the remaining stake in Italcementi, at a price of 10.60 euro per share, the price paid to Italmobiliare.
