In seaside resorts, the biggest drop in average prices of sale of apartments in 2015 is recorded in Abruzzo (-9.7%), while among the mountain resort or lake the largest decrease was in Calabria (-9.5%) . As for the maximum prices in the main town of Santa Margherita Ligure (Ge) is still tops the list with € 14,500 / sqm, followed Forte dei Marmi (Lu) with 14 thousand € / sqm and Capri (Na) with € 13,500 / sqm. Next, the most popular mountain resorts Italian: Madonna di Campiglio (Tn), Courmayeur (Ao) and Cortina d’Ampezzo (Bl).
