MILAN, July 22 (Reuters) – Amber Capital and Andrea Bonomi entered the capital of Bologna Airport, with shares just over 10% of the capital, on the occasion of the IPO.
As is apparent from Consob communications about major holdings, last July 14, the start date of trading of the securities of the airport of Bologna, the fund closed StrategicCapital, through the vehicle Italian Airports Sarl, had held the 10.028% stake.
StrategicCapital is managed by Investindustrial Partners. A source close to the situation says that is a vehicle connected to the BI-Invest Bonomi family, and whose mission is to invest in listed companies with minority interests.
Amber Capital for its part has entered the capital of Guglielmo Marconi through San Lazzaro Investments Spain, which is the company that holds the participation in Save, and not through a fund.
As for the other shareholders, the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna is to have the 41.451% stake, of which 3.892% without voting rights.
A source in the evening updated approximately 10% participation of F2i that, according to the site Consob, is still at 6.883% of the share capital, of which 5.913% by Aeroporti Holding Srl and the 0 , 97% through 2I Airports Spa.
