Through a text message or an e-mail Equitalia today promises to be a folder in toll, remember who is paying a rate that is only one to decay, or indicates that the payment of the installments is not regular. The service wanted to Equitalia, Ernesto Maria Ruffini, it’s called “Sms”, “If I am forgetting”, and it symbolizes the will to construct a new relationship between citizens and Tax authorities. In the coming months, the project will be extended to the scrapping of the folders, as provided by the decree attached to Budget law. “We want to be at the side of the citizen, and against – stresses Ruffini -. Sms or e-mail can be useful to offer more simple and modern”.
YOU turn to the door
“If I am forgetting” can be activated either by turning to one of the 202 branches of the collecting societies, and on the portal www.gruppoequitalia.it. In the first case it is necessary to fill out a simple form in which, in addition to the traditional personal data and tax code, you must select whether you will specify your mobile phone number or email on which to receive communications from Equitalia. To activate it from the website of the Group is required to have the credentials, and then access the reserved area and follow the directions to register. Communications, to date, required by the “If I am forgetting” are of three types: when to Equitalia is given a debt to collect from one of 6.700 bodies and, in particular, Revenue Agency, Inps, Inail, and so Common (3.500), Provinces (86), Regions (18), the professional and territorial (363), transport Companies (30) and other institutions creditors; when the taxpayer that has a n installment plan with Equitalia has not paid at least half of the maximum number of instalments provided to decay; when there is only one installment before decaying from the agreed plan.
