MILAN, July 16 (Reuters) – Fintel Energia has signed, through its subsidiary Serbian-MK Fintel Wind, a term sheet with a consortium of international partners for the sale of ‘Kosava wind power plant to be built in Vrsac, near Belgrade and will come into operation in late 2017.
The transaction involves an estimated investment of over 180 million euro, it said in a statement.
According to the term sheet, the consortium will acquire, through a capital increase, the majority of the shares of the SPV that will be transferred to the building permits and authorizations for the operation while Fintel, in the minority, will remain responsible for the management of ‘system.
