MILANO , July 15 (Reuters) – Source Res Siiq decided to postpone the IPO because of conditions in international financial markets.
“The process, launched on 23 April 2015, functional public offering (Ops) finalized the admission to trading of the ordinary shares on the electronic market (MTA) is returned to the persistence of a situation of uncertainty and high volatility in international financial markets, “it said in a statement.
“In light of the troubled evolution of the Greek crisis and in the interest of the better outcome of the operation, the company takes note of the views of the global coordinator and financial advisor to postpone the listing of a ‘window’ of more favorable market, “the statement continued.
At the end of June also Domus Spa Italy had decided to withdraw the IPO because of market conditions.
