MILANO , July 14 (Reuters) – The deputy director general of Ubi Bank, Ettore Giuseppe Medda, was appointed member of the management board of the institute.
This was announced by a statement from the bank explaining that the appointment was made to meet the standard statute that provides for the presence of two top executives on the board.
management board of Ubi is then composed of nine members: Franco Polotti (President), Giorgio Frigeri (vice president), Victor Massiah (Managing Director and General Manager), Silvia Fidanza, Luciana Gattinoni, Italo Lucchini, Ettore Giuseppe Medda, Flavio Pizzini and Elvio Sonnino (deputy general vicar).
